The postman has just delivered my modem for broadband!!!!

Being totally technophobic l'm a lttle worried because there's no instructions just a disc to follow. On the otherhand l'm very excited, and my have a go at anything attitude should overcome my techno fears.....

Everyone [Mez] kept saying l was mad to be still on dial up, but because l was used to it l didn't quite see the advantages untill last Sunday night. The night when l was tricked into believing my chatroom buds were webcaming together, and l couldn't because l was a dialer upper! Next morning quickly saw me on the blower to Tiscalli. Well l hate to miss out, even as it turns out l wasn't!

Well we are off to Accrington this morning, so it may be later before l try to install broadband.

If you never hear of me again, it's been lovely knowing you, and try to remember me fondly. Farewell. ;)
 
Follow the instructions on your disc. If I can do it it must be easy. You may have to wait up to 2 weeks for your connection to come through. I installed my modem 10 days ago and they only connected me last night.
 
Awwww see rindy they did it for your own good.......if they didn't trick you into believing they were web caming each other then you would have never had the kick up the back side to get broadband hehehe, see its what friends are for.
 
Although I am still one of these slow coaches.......I have installed broadband for a friend and it wasn't hard at all.
Like Lettie says just follow the destructions and don't panic.

One day.......I'll have broadband and then i'll be able to go as fast as I like!
