I can Bells son.

I can Bells son.

Stanley actually offered him a contract which he turned down as he wanted regular first-team football, don't think he's managed his ambition.

Leam Wakefield signed for Morecambe sorry Accy 2nd eleven.

[Christies Child]

Know nowt about the guy but if he wasn't good enough for you, then not good enough for us.

[AccyMad]

Good luck to Liam (or Wonky 2 as we affectionately christened him - don't worry CC, name was nothing to do with his playing ability, just that his no. was wonky on his shirt in pre-season friendlies & it kinda stuck)

[Exile on Spencer St]

Mr. Wakefield seemed a decent enough prospect but struggled to keep a regular place in a pretty strong defensive back four last season.

[cashman]

Wasn't a bad player,so certainly good enough fer you lot C.C.

[Morecambe_Red]

We are announcing a couple of new signings this week and looks like McCartan may well be the other one.
Winnard , Wakefield , Murphy , Molyneaux , McCartan.
I wouldn't mind Buxton too !

[football19]

Good player Liam, probably his strength is his defending.
Tall, quick and good on the ball and can play centre back.
Matty and Buckos form limited his appearances, never did anything wrong for me.

[Lemur]

wow what a line up, ambitious, progressive that, morecambe red

Its part of our master plan

I agree with Exile and football19. Liam was unlucky. We simply had too many defensive options. He never let us down when he did play.

Yet, when I look back, it's now normal?

He sounds ok

[monkey hanger]

He sounds ok

he will be ok for you as long as he plays at full back. although a big lad i,m not sure of him at centre half. not a world beater at the moment but still only young. good luck with him.

[football19]

Think morecambe may be following Coleys style with three big, young defenders and a attacking fullback.
If Bucko signs for Acci, then it will be the same

[st06nc2]

Proccy physio at Portsmouth, when the hell did he sign for them

[dabeast]

Cue some on the forum criticising one of our greatest servants for making a 'sideways' move - good luck proc
