Although Acci played all the football for 60 minutes,the stats show each team had only three shots on target during the game.
I think each keeper had one shot of note to save.
Think the big difference was Acci were too big and strong at the back and never looked like conceding (except the last ten minutes).
This gave them a platform to win the ball and control the tempo of the game.
This also allowed Shay to drop off get on the ball and attack at pace.
Ironic really that the two goals were a free kick and a hoof ball clearance!!.
I have seen Acci have 20+ shots and not score !!,so its about time we had a good conversion rate !!
Game on Saturday will be different,so i hope there is some fuel left in the tank
and keep the run going.

Only 2 fouls in 60 minutes possibly due to the referee ignoring the fact that Beckles had his arms round a forward's body and holding them at every corner !

can,t really tell about the lad on a few video clips. you don,t really know how anyone will do until you,ve actually got em. was bastian hery , callam jones, lacey just signed to make up the numbers. going off video clips is like buying a car unseen because the photo,s look good on ebay.

Been speaking to my father-in-law this afternoon and he's looking to trace a couple of ex Stanley players to get in touch with them. He used to play cricket with Don Bramley and worked with Mel Widdup's dad. Can anyone help me track down Don and Mel please?
