Former Players!

James Trafford in the England provisional Euro squad - but then he has had a lot of practice this season behind the Clarets defence!

Won't get my hopes up for England getting too far in the competition if he's in the nets

Trafford clearly had a baptism of fire this season in the PL and it seemed exceedingly optimistic to expect him to ‘save’ Burnley.
However, what’s more disheartening is that, according to the manager, he’s the fourth best English keeper!

Callus Johnson signed for Bradford City on a one year deal after winning promotion with Mansfield.

Janoi Donacien also at Ipswich: His contract has ended, however he is still recovering from a long term injury and he has been invited back to Ipswich for pre season training. If he fully recovers I believe that he is likely to move on. He could be a more realistic possibility for us? Good luck to both Kayden Jackson and Janoi.

Maybe. I recall the least inspiring team talk I ever received was from my captain saying "we need to win promotion so the club can attract better players". He didn't actually go on to say "so I don't have to select you lot" but you could hear him thinking. We lost ......

Does anyone know if young Leslie Adekoya has signed up with another club yet? I think his departure from Stanley was a real shame as he seemed to have lost direction over the last couple of seasons. Such great potential but I hope it isn’t wasted. Good luck Leslie.
