It Is always good to get some decent pre season friendlies in before the season starts. We have some strong opposition so far. I think that is what let us down last season.

How much will it be to get in the friendlies at the wham?

Probably same as normal games

Don't think prices have been released yet, hope they won't be more than a tenner but we'll have to wait & see . . . . .

If the aim is to try and increase the fan base, would be wise to make the friendlies attractively priced imho.

[st06nc2]

Would expect the usual Blackburn and burnely fixtures to be unveiled by now

Neither BRFC or BFC had any availability that worked for both Clubs.

"Invites" have been sent to other high profile friendly clubs; we hope to get positive news "soon" but with some decision makers on annual leave it's a slow process

They've played Shamrock Rovers, Bournemouth and Plymouth in recent years. If you don't ask you don't get!!

[AccyMad]

And what about 'I want doesn't get' young Alvin

Padiham away 1st August

They're high profile...in Hapton.
Only joshing, I think Stanley 'owe it' to smaller local clubs just as much as bigger clubs 'owe it' to Stanley in the friendly season.
