OOps yep sorry i too see sky and a couple of birds.

Maybe I should have made the question a little clearer. Do you see anything of interest from your window? Perhaps you can see the Coppice or a statue. Maybe a historical sight or building.

I see a big ginger cat, washing itself under a tree.
The only statue we have in Hyndborg is the Paul Mullin one at Moorhead School. If I go out the back I can see the Coppice.
Can i ask u a Q?
What do you see out of your window?![]()

Do you know what kind of tree?
yes, its a sycamore tree.

It still happens here only not for spinning. When friends and family come round with their littles ones we can often be found round the kitchen table glueing leaves and spinning jennys to paper making birds and butterflysDo kids still play with the spinners or has that old tradition fallen to the wayside in favour of playstations and the like?

It's a while since I was in Accrington library but the last time I was there they did indeed have the winged messenger mercury.
I should have specified external statuary which one is able to see without entering buildings. The Hyndburn area is notoriously short of such things. We had a thread about it once. Nobody argued though and I don't think anybody offered a solution.![]()
