yeah i saw it as well it came out later than 11pm but didnt check my watch but it was huge sat really low in the sky though so that why lots would have missed it i think either that or they werent looking south???

I looked north, south, east and west but I think it was just the fact that houses and things got in the way. Hope someone can post pics as I'd love to see it.
