Gagging Orders

The footballer in question has been named in Parliament today. His name is all over tonights news bulletins. I'm not going to name him, because of the uncertainty over the legality of it all.

He was the model professional, longest serving player in the Premiership, inspiration to younger players, role model, perfect family man. awarded an MBE etc etc the superlatives go on and on.

But all the time just like any other dimwit who couldnt keep it in his trousers at the flutter of a tart's eyelash. I don't blame him for that, because we are all human.

But spare me the superlatives about what a brilliant guy he is. He hung her out to dry at the first hint of trouble by naming her in his injunction while trying to conceal his own identity.

Hardly the actions of a gallant man!
Ya but who does he play for;):D

I'm in the process of studying hundreds of images of Ms. Thomas, trying to figure out what Giggs sees in her:rolleyes::D

Well it seems like the woman at the centre of this gagging order Imogen Thomas, has decided to get away for a few days apparently she's taken a short break in Spain, flew out yesterday On RYANair:rolleyes:

Eric, I hope you can reach the top shelf in your newsagents:D

Isn't there a phrase that goes something like this........'you don't look on the mantelpiece when you are poking the fire'.......maybe it applies in this case.

And forgive me, but if you took away his money, what would be the attraction in this footballer.

I know that I am past the first flush of youth, but I would rather go to bed with a good book and a bar of chocolate....much less hassle and just as enjoyable!

Unfortuneatly I know what you mean Margaret:s_cry::s_cry::s_cry::D

About what John? The good book and bar of chocolate? or not looking on the mantelpiece when you are poking the fire?:D
When I said to the other half on a Saturday night, is it time for bed, she just shrugged and said somehow that doesn't quite mean what it used to 20 years ago:D

No, it doesn't mean quite the same.......but is that such a big thing?
sometimes quality overcomes quantity........you can make of that what you will:)
