There is a local lone parent group, called Hyndburn Lone Parent Network being set up for the Hyndburn area, Gingerbread is a national organisation for supporting lone parents bringing up resident children alone. Creche facilities are available for pre-school children meetings held during school term time.
Meetings usually held wednesdays 1-3pm @ Hyndburn Resource Centre Building.
