I know we have a few green fingered Accywebbers so here goes.........i have a large crate of herbs that are starting to die back a bit, Mint,Thyme,Parsley,Corriander and Sage, question is what sould i do next, leave them and they will retun next year or pull them up and start over next spring.....or which if any will be hardy over winter....? thanx in advance.

Mint, thyme and sage will certainly over-winter ok (mine are about 3 years old and going strong. I'm not sure about parsley (someone will tell you), but coriander doesn't do very well and I suspect you'll have to grow fresh next year.

Thanx, the Thyme and Sage do look well , the Mint is a bit iffy and i`d say the Corriander is has very much had it.:D

You'll find that they all die back to certain degrees in the winter, but those 3 will come strong again next spring.
