Can any one tell me where I can get hold of one of those heat pads that you warm up in the microwave, I've a rather painful neck at the moment and have been advised to use one of these pads to see if it helps

Argos do an electric one but if you google heat pads there are loads of them for sale on line.

they are selling wheat bags for a couple of quid in home bargains, i used one for back pain when i was pregnant, might be able to get you one dropped off tonight if you want?

They are brilliant Jaysay. I have one for my back and they work a treat.
Bought mine off ebay but since learnt they are dead easy to make if your handy with a needle and thread lol!!!
