Thursday we went and picked up this scanner from tesco at rawtenstall. We also got the shopping as well ..we had to get something to eat!!!! Hate to say this but normally when spugs down he does the cooking .. this time ive done most of the cooking .. and if i havent cooked we've either had takeaway or been out for tea ... He's got away with it this time .. just wait till next time. The occupational therapist rang .. she was supposed to be coming next tuesday .. well she had something else on .. and can she come monday instead. Course i said yeah just less time for cleaning the house after he'd gone.
Friday well you know what happened with the tshirts & the asbo's.. it wasnt my idea either .. i had nothing to do with it .. the only bit i did was to wrap them up all nice and neat .. because spug says hes a typical fella .. cant wrap for peanuts!!!!!
But im 'guilty by association' according to mick, david and less ... pete said thank you .... and they say they will get their revenge .. and im included .. i dont know why .. Could it be because i stuck the pics all over accyweb and onto facebook ... I thought they suited them perfectly ... When we eventually came out of the railway ... sorry anne for keeping mick from home ... we split up .. spug had to go up to his mums for 5pm ... well he was late ...and i had to go to road end computer shop to pick up the usb card for the computer .. the scanner is usb 2.0 and i only had usb 1.1 connections so both accyman and spug said get the card .. so i did do .. see i do as im told .. sometimes and the shop shut at 6pm .. Anyway got the card .. brought it home and waited and waited and waited for him to come back ..and i was starving .. sent him a text and he said im just waiting for the taxi ... this about 7.30pm ... We got takeaway for tea .. Spug said i'll fit the card tomorrow morning when you are still in bed .. and test it out. He didnt fit it ... Accyman fitted it when he came up for a brew one nite ... and checked everything was working ...
Saturday we went down the railway to meet up with pete and gave him his tshirt ... he was happy with it ... and no threats of revenge from pete ... and my sis sent us a text - you coming for the bbq at 5pm ... My niece has just graduated from salford university she did well .. on the friday and it was her birthday on the sunday .. so her mum & dad was holding a secret bbq for her on the saturday and inviting all her mates from uni and local. So we scrounged a lift with my brother and were there for 5pm. My niece wasnt ... she was in bacup with some of her mates ... she arrived just after 6pm ... Anyway we all had a good night ... the young un's did a runner about 9pm to another house and we all stayed it was a laugh we played mr and mrs .. and spug got my answer right .. We came home about 11.30pm.
My other sister & her hubby didnt come round .. her youngest .. 17 ... he said he had swine flu .. and they didnt want to pass it on ...so spug didnt get to see his 'little pal' as in my sisters dog .. he likes duke .. the crazy jack russell ... and i mean it he is nuts ..
Sunday ... spug was racing round to get his packing sorted, then to play around with this scanner. I got this scanner cos it said it does negatives and slides as well as normal stuff .. well we figured out how to do photo's .. that were easy enough .. but can we figure out how to do the negatives .. can we hell as like. We couldnt even get it to recognise that it was negatives .. but eventually spug got it to see that there was something there .. but still cant figure it out. So that is something maybe to keep me quiet for the next few weeks .... Came down to see him off at the train station at teatime .. and brought my camera with me so then i could get some pics for the special accy competition.... I got quite a few ... and spug rang me when he was leaving preston .. and then when he hit glasgow .. and then home ... that way i knew he'd actually got home.... not like that one just before xmas ...
