No, do not ask me to stay in lockdown when the restrictions are eased.
The blanket restrictions on age alone is both unethical and inhuman.
It is discriminatory and divisive and surely there are laws against discrimination.
Just because I am in the over 70 age bracket does not mean I want 'nannying'.....though they call it shielding.
I want to decide for myself whether to take the risk of going out and about.
I have no underlying health issues and I can determine for myself whether to stay indoors.
In the time that we have been in lockdown I have been out three times....and each time I have been back home in less than an hour.
I feel like I have done my 'bird'.......asking us to stay home until there is a vaccine is unrealistic.
Anyway, I won't be having any vaccine, they can stick it where the sun don't shine.
