I found it...I found it!

My motivation......it was down the side of the sofa with a pile of fluff, half a custard cream, a St Christoper medal(dash...I thought it was money:)) a few soggy crisps and a mint imperial.

Mick I hadn't got writers block...that is where you sit there with a blank page and nothing comes......no matter how hard you try,a bit like constipation really......no, I knew exactly what I wanted to write.....it was just that other things got in the way.

Like the trip to llandudno.
After such trips I come back with hundreds of pictures on my camera......or in my case camera's.
Yes, I took two with me...my little handbag version and the bigger one.

When we arrived back home there were over 350 pictures to look at, down load....and then fiddle with.

It is the 'fiddling with' that takes the most time. Cropping, being creative...turning colour pics into black and white, putting frames around them, adding captions....you know the kind of thing I mean.

I can lose hours and hours. So you see it was a case of me being able to find time to do the things I wanted to do, but not having time to do the things I should have done.

But I promise that when I have finished my picnik I will fill you in on the last couple of days of Nessa's trip and the hols in Wales.

And No.....I didn't mis-spell picnik. for the uninitiated PICNIK is a free editing program that is simple and fun to use.....addictive even.
I have even converted my daughter, she who couldn't get to grips with photo editing......and now I think she might be hooked on it too.

So I am just off to finish my picnik...see you in....oh, let's say a couple of days.

P.S for anyone who wants to give picnik a try......here's a link. Enjoy.
