I have...or perhaps I should say had, a lovely little 8Gb Mp4 player......touch screen, easy to use and it was my favourite little gizmo for taking away with me(I put little snippets of video on it, pictures and of course my favourite music)........I was loading some music today and the thing bit the dust.
I can't see that I have done anything wrong, but during the loading of the music I got a message that said the USB had malfunctioned and the computer didn't recognise the hardware......I safely disconnected the MP4 and tried again, this time it was dead as a dodo.
Anyway, it has a three year warranty and it is only about 15 months old(correction...it is only 7 months old) so I shall be contacting the customer services department tomorrow, in the hope that the little machine can be restored to full health.
Hubby says that they will want the receipt.........so I have hunted high and low today and can find no trace of it.....so i hope that they will just accept the Tevion Ticket that is in the box.
