I put the computer on tonight with the express aims of sorting out some stuff that needs deleting, but you know how it is.....you sort of get side tracked......I suppose it is like house cleaning......you start with the feather duster in your hand and end up looking at a photo album that fell off the bookshelf.
I also wanted to have a look at making some Christmas cards.....I like doing things like that......letting my creative side run riot.
When I went into the progam I use I found I had a problem.....it seems that the program I use relies on some of OUTLOOK EXPRESS.....and the computer tells me that outlook Express is broken...... though goodness knows how that happened.....if it had been a chipped cup I would have blamed buggerlugs.....but as he never comes near the computer it can't be him......DRAT, it is good to have someone to blame. I have messed about trying to fix the flaming thing and I can't do it......I have even gone back, using System Restore....no joy there either. I wouldn't care I used the program only about 3 weeks ago and it was fine then.......so being a bit P'd off I thought I would come and have a look at Accyweb and give my brain a rest.
I really should be looking at my short story, but the mood isn't on me.....maybe I should have looked at the story first instead of thinking about crimbo cards. I still have quite a way to go, to get my story finished (if I am planning on entering it for the competition). When I get my bum into gear I will post the story on here.....is that allowed.....? It will have to be in instalments I think. Instalments seem to be very popular......now, who started that little trend......?
