My daughter is doing a degree at UClan....and so she is hard at work studying.
She has books coming out of her ears...literally......and everytime we meet up we are discussing stuff she is doing at Uni.
She comes home and tells me that her brain has been thoroughly bashed by the volume of information they are given....and expected to retain for use.
I have developed quite an interest in her subjects...and lately I have found myself idly sitting at the computer looking up things that we have talked about.
I am forever sending her links to sites that I think may just help with one of her essays or a current project....though if I am honest I do not for one minute think I could answer the questions they have been set
So while it is her doing the degree......I am learning new things too.
I think it helps that it is a medical oriented degree.....for my interest in medical things is not dimmed even though I have retired.
