Had to admit that I had to 'google it' to find out what an inversion table was - found this eBay.co.uk Guides - Inversion Table FAQs and was even more confused for a while - "For beginers start slow invert for only a minute or two during the first wee, " Oh well, gave me a giggle

LOL its good for back ache and to keep you supple unfortuneately i bought it too late.... and didnt realise that i would be unable to use it

I am looking for a UK importer of a Bounceback chair.
It is a way of excercising whilst sitting, and the bouncing aids lymph drainage function.
I ordered one, but the supplier refunded my money saying that the shipping cost would exceed the cost of the chair.
