because The Prison Service has converted two jails so that they hold only foreign national prisoners!!

About 11,000 others are detained elsewhere alongside British prisoners.
these convicts should have been deported!!
so while these foreigners are taking up space in our prisons, other convicts are being released early because of this and some are even considered dangerous
