[Tom D]

Seville might have just beaten us to that..... Good statement from Mr Holt on the club transfer/retaining players strategy on twitter

Vyner- end of loan deal
Eagles - out of contract

[widnes viking]

If all five go there will be some decent wages freed up

[AccyMad]

Callum Jones went back to West From a while ago

[Chrisr]

GTF didn't get a fair go, Johno is not delivering the goods as expected due to mainly poor supply. Vyner is out of place in the team, Eagles was never used properly. He had a lot to offer but was never given a proper run in the team. Callum Jones was never going to be a fixture. I hope the quality of player we need is available and affordable.

[baldy]

Defender and Striker to sign on 1st Jan!

[Inspector Morse]

Crooks looking for a loan move from Servco according to Scots Press.

Some of these are laughable! And apparently we still play at the Fraser Eagle Stadium.

Thanks for the link - that's the best laugh I've had all holidays. Is that web site run by redundant estate agents by any chance?

[cashman]

Was a good laugh, the guy who apparently is worth the most by a margin, dont get a game.

lets sell em all and start again. with that kind of money even bob bradley could get us promoted.

[Chewbacca]

they keep their same wages, but often the agreement is the parent club picks up 50-80% of the bill.

its a win-win for both clubs as the parent club get to include a clause the player will be involved in the majority if not all games, in return stanley get some quality on the cheap.

the only risk is for the player, if he doesnt perform or has a bad attitude, it can damage their future.
Likewise, if they do perform, it can be a stepping stone to the first team squad or a loan to a championship club next season.

both clubs will have the right to end the loan early if the player is not performing or is required back at the parent club

Loans are subject to the transfer window, you can't send a player back for not performing or re-call one unless the window is open and there is a clause saying you can. They are transferred for half a season or a full season or longer.

Barnet sign defender Santos from Peterborough for £100,000.

[Twenty Eight]

Two new lads travelled with the team today.

[Lemur]

its nearly 12 you can tell us

[AccyMad]

Where have Barnet got that sort of money from, I always thought they were in a similar situation to us - apart from being southerners of course
