Seems we've beaten the Telegraph on this one if true

[smudgie]

mmmmmmm, nothing on observer website either ??

[sherry]

The Observer comes out 'officially' on Friday so none of its
news appears on the web site before then.

[Redraine]

This is what I've been waiting to hear! Well done, Coley. Add a big, handy lump up front and I'll be even happier.

Maybe it's Coley's secret weapon, and made you even happier

[smudgie]

I'll believe it when I see it

Fingers crossed though.

Not sure what you mean, unless you are being very rude?

[Gribbster]

according to the observer, we are trying to get burnley striker wes flectcher on loan too

[shakermaker]

Fantastic news. I read this in the Observer in the Chinese while waiting for my vermicelli!

Coley confirms in a direct quote that we have brought in big Kev if that's good enough for you Smudgie

The article also hints that we may be in for Wes Fletcher, which would aid our attacking worries no end.

It isn't all sunshine & roses however as apparently Danny Coid is struggling with a hamstring niggle ahead of Saturday's game

[lancsdave]

according to the observer, we are trying to get burnley striker wes flectcher on loan too

Me and my proffesional footballing sidekick have been saying this would be a good idea since they restarted training

[football19]

Great news, believe he played against a Liverpool eleven today and looked really sharp, fancy him to start on Sat,think coid is struggling with a pull tho

[lancsdave]

Great news, believe he played against a Liverpool eleven today and looked really sharp,

He was involved quite a lot in Burnley's pre-season, actually played one more minute than Chris Eagles in total

[nige b]
