im glad i wrote my blog am feeling a bit more posative now, jet & dan have gone off to doc's this morning & i will be over there later, i need a shower & an ice pack on my big red nose & red eyes so that im looking good & posative for them , i must be strong they will need me, i know that there are thousands of people all over the world going through this ....how do they do it ? how do they cope? well im sure as hell gonna find out arn't i.

I asked the powers that be up there, if he would take it from our dan & give it me instead, ive had my life he's just starting his.

Mez, your Jet is going to need you....like she has never needed you before, Dan is going to need you both......so you have to stay strong and focus on his getting treatment....and getting better...there are more cancer 'survivors' than at any other time.....so keep hoping.
As for the question......how do you get through it?
One day at a time, taking all the help and support you can get....don't be too proud to ask for help, and if help is offered take it.
There's no doubt it is going to be a tough time, but you just gotta' give it your very best shot.
