Great to hear Rob Heys saying that if the allegations of Peter Cavanagh will not be a Stanley player if the sentence is confirmed although I have some sympathy with the club as the verdict has not officially made public.

Not just 'not officially made public', the verdict hasn't been revealed to the club at all. With no statement from the FA things appear to be very muddy.

Got everything crossed that the Guardian got it wrong, as they have with quite a few things over the past few weeks.
