Listen we will be in blighty in August and it would be nice to meet up with you lot so i can put faces to names.So if there is a meetuing going on between the21st and the 28th of August i would look forward to it even though we will be staying in Liverpool

& your here at the end of the month which is our usual meet up time.
 
Been looking at train timetable today and last train is @ 10.10pm................A bit early for me!!

Can i really get 20 pints down me in a couple of hours!!

Just done a proper check.......i had the timetable booklet and it was showing an early train on that one........just checked on net and it says 1147,but will take 52 to get back.......all pubs in colne will be closed then!!

I was talking to staggeringman ,lettie and its 8pm or there abouts but as he said last time they are very layed back so could start anytime after 8
 
Will be there Saturday, fortified by Mez's steak & kidney pie. Hope to be there on Sunday, too, if I can get a pass out (yes, that was with an 'a').

Should I bring along a song sheet of the Horst Wessel song, Tea, then we can all have a nice sing-song? That should cheer Councillor Jones up no end.
