Member meets?

I know there used to be monthly meetings for members, do they still happen and if so when and where is the next one?
 
Do you still meet in Sidney St. I need someone to verify who I am and hopefully a few people that go in will remember me.

Yes but it gets to be a bit of a clique, you have to buy a round just for us to aknowledge you, to verify your age it would mean enough drinks for us to need a taxi home.
By which time we would probably be so drunk we'd insist on cutting you in half so we can count the rings to prove your age.
 
I won't have any money left for a round after buying venison burgers! Is the red haired Scottish lady (can't remember her name) still landlady or does it have a quick turnover like most pubs these days?
 
Smoking lounge or holding cell -what a choice. I have been a member for 3 years but don't get chance to post often. I usually only have time for a quick browse.

No point calling then, unless the venison burgers are cooked and on oven bottoms (brown sauce on mine).
No she isn't, by popular request Tony took the place on again.
Yes a very quick turn over, not much change from a fiver, before you know it your breaking into another twenty.

Gilbert just turn up at the Railway between 12 and 2 we will be out back at the far end ignore less.
i will be there and a few others to answer you question no sue is not there anymore.

Those of us that would like to be in a clique, could never join anything as common as a click, though I must admit, I'm tempted to ask you what is a clike?

I suspect it isn't so much something you join, but rather an add on for a ladies bicycle?
Something to keep her entertained now that cobbled streets are a rarity perhaps?

A click is something members of a clique use to attract the attention of the lesser beings on here and get them to do the cliques bidding.
Some of the oiks don't know their place in the great scheme of things and often take umbridge because they realise that, no matter what, they will only be asked to serve when in fact they think they should rule.
