Middlesbrough match thread

Best goalie cup performance since Andy Cutt in the FA Cup replay v Droylsden circa 89 which got us into the 1st qualifying round.

Possibly the most one-sided game I've ever seen.........fantastic.

Well done to every one of the lads, incl the 3 subs but especially Bav, Tom Aldred, Liddle and Hunt who were awesome 2nd half.

Great night to be a Stanley Fan, actually we should have been 1 up before boro scored, Hunt n Mingoia stood out fer me.:)

Fantastic result, and sounds like Bav had a worldy.I fancied us tonight (better not mention my little tickle on 2-1 Acci!)
I felt they wouldn't press us like newport did and would rely on there extra quality --recipe for an upset !.

Was that you?, who DID mention yer little tickle @ 7-1 in the bogs after the match?:D

Wonderful night at Middlesborough with the great Cashman as company, that good a night that maybe DAV007 isn't so bad(no that's definitely going to far).Well done to JB and all the team!!

Just back via Ash's coach. What a night - even better than the Doncaster away cup win. You have to hand it to Bavs for his inspired performance in the second half Alamo. I have to admit I was criticising him at half time for being slow off his line for their goal, but he really made me eat my words. In dreamland when Mingo's rocket hit the back of the net!

In fairness Bavs did stop some good uns 2nd half, Funny though no-one mentioned giving em there goal. They musta arrived late n missed that.:D:rolleyes:

Well done JB and the boys. Gutted I wasn't there after trecking all the way to Newport on Saturday.

Absolutely magnificent result.

Roll on Pompey.

Well done the Stanley boys esp Ian Dunbavin also the 181 supporters the noise was unbelieveable...... I would not like to be a Middlesboro player going in for training today .
