well, the monkey was dropped off early today... he landed at 8:30 full of beans. Why is there no cereal maker out there that will make a breakfast cereal that takes energy away from ankle biters??????
Daughter didn't go to college today, she has a bad chest and was upp all night coughing, so hubby said we would still have monkey so that she could go back to bed......I don't ever remember anyone doing that for me!
I gave the little demon a bath......he loves splashing around in the water and I was almost as wet as him...... then he had a little play and then it was nap time. He slept until almost lunchtime so it gave me time to get some chores done.
I gave him a roast pork dinner with rice pud for afters....all home made stuff. I am sure he will only need a light tea... so that is a bit less for his mum to do.
We went a walk along the canal bank, it was very muddy and I was sorry to have set out. Took some bread for the ducks, but brought most of it home......all the ducks must be hiding or building nests, or something.....we only saw a couple of ducks.
It was nice to get out in the fresh air for a change. When we got back Daddy was waiting to take the little monkey home.
