I should have told you this before....... but the writing about the wind made me forget.
Yesterday I was telling my daughter about the NHS Dentists who are going to be starting at AVH in the Spring.......she doesn't mince her words doesn't my girl(wonder who she takes after????) and she told me in no uncertain terms what she would do if I didn't make the phone call to register......and believe me it wasn't nice.
I must have picked the phone up half a dozen times but never managed to complete the process.......anyway in the end I got on my mobile and registered......but I was shaking like a leaf afterwards.
My daughter has also said that she will go with me to my first appointment...... just to make sure that I don't chicken out.
I know that to some people visiting the dentist is no big deal.......but to me it is a terrifying prospect. I think I am going to need Valium for that first visit......I might just shop online!
