I have half a dozen...five of them are in the drawers(somewhere in the house) and the one I don't use much is in my hanbag switched off......it hasn't got a camera on it, it doesn't connect up to the internet, it is just a phone.
if i were the mother of the child, the teacher would be looking out for blood in his urine which could mean kidney damage...

No, quite honestly none of my masters got off on caning us.
They were good teachers, and were always fair, when doling out punishment.
The only teachers I saw, who seemed to get pleasure from inflicting pain, were at Rhyddings.
Especially a mad Irish man, who really should have been in a secured ward, rather than teaching French.
Mind you, I suppose he was fair too, because as well as hitting others, he also indulged in self-flagellation, with a leather strap.
I don't really see the need to mention I was a 'public school boy'.
