a man near me was mugged around 1am sunday morning on knowlmere street
two youths in their late teens / early 20s were hanging around the phonebox on the corner of knowlmere street joining whalley road and asked for a cigrette
when he replied he didnt smoke they dragged him down the back alley behind just drinks and kicked him repeatedly in the face and then thratened him with a knife if he didnt hand over his money
they got away with a grand total of £15 and a mobile phone ( his glasses barely survived the attack as they were kicked off his face)
the man in question is not a big man and this was a cowardly attack to say the least
this is becoming a regular thing around that junction as teenagers / early 20s have been attacking people coming home from the pub as they are easy targets

well said i agree with you there. also would if you beat up the person and he reported you to the police then he would get in trouble. so if he tired to beat some one up (not that i would) and got beat up myself i wouldn't report it.
