Some perfumes keep longer than others. If it hasn't been opened and it's been kept out of heat and light it may be ok.31 years is one hell of a long time though so who knows?Don't think I'll be bidding for it:D

lol i aint bidding for it, i dont even know what its supposed to smell like, it is still in the box and seems to be still in the wrapping too, who knows

I had a horse that had to be put down 31 years ago.......we took a sample after the event.................be careful :):D

Some people just collect the bottles and dont intend to use the contents so whether it is 'off' wont matter

this is true, it has nearly 2 days left on it, i think my dad is going to put a bid in for it tomorrow

Mick found some of my favorite perfume and talc off eBay called Sea Jade. Yardley stopped production in the late 70s, I was gutted.
The perfume has gone off but looking at it brings back some lovely memories.

thats it though Anne, is it worth bidding on it? will i ever see the bottle again if i dont buy it?

i used to like le jardin d'mour, would love to see if its still out there somewhere, but i liked it backed then but might not now:(, would have to sniff it before i bought!

my sentiments exactly panther, ive never smelt shanida (apart from myself when i need a bath that is) ;)

Did you buy the perfume shaz?? I noticed the bottle at your house last time I was over!

I used to wear Ystatis but now I don't wear perfume at all - just a bit of Dove under my pits and I'm good to go. :)
