Northampton Game

[Dan]

Greetings friends
It's warm and rainy at Sixfields where the two teams are going through their warm ups.

There are two changes for Stanley, with Charlie Barnett returning in midfield in place of Luke Joyce and Ian Dunbavin replacing Alex Cisak in goal.

Stanley: Dunbavin, Bateson, Edwards, Hessey, Winnard, Procter, Barnett, McConville, Ryan, Putterill, Lindfield

[Dan]

It's raining again. What at an odd weather day.

Putterill's just had a cross headed behind

[Dan]

The corner was a familiar routine, with Edwards dummying and Ryan hitting it. Straight into a Cobblers player on this occasion

[shakermaker]

Apologies for being late. I had a note but my dog ate it. Come on Stanley!

Good description

[Dan]

15: Great save by Dunbavin.

McKay sees a shot blocked by Edwards but lofts the rebound and the Stanley keeper reacts brilliantly to claw it away

[Dan]

18: Putterill nearly gets around goalkeeper Janssen after latching onto a pass from Bateson.
