[david1]

[emzy]

I tried, and failed

[david1]

mick may remember what it was

[emzy]

Not for giving up yet lol

[forceten]

oooooooohhhhhh I had one of those. There was football, tennis and double tennis on it.

You had a controller each and it plugged into your telly. You put batteries into the console and had a round controller each.

[emzy]

bringing back memories for you????

We never had batteries for ours lol

[forceten]

It was a binotone if I remember rightly

[shillelagh]

i had a tv game it had 10 games - 8 different ones 2 were practice ones, it had tennis, squash, target practice - where you had to press the button when it hit dead centre otherwise you missed, football, and i cant remember the rest - i got it one year for xmas and i only chucked it out 2 years ago... even though the batteries had leaked in it and wouldnt work. Forgotten what it was called though.

lol how good did those consoles seem at the time
and spectrum sinclairs - did anyone have the athletic game where you had to press two keys alternately to run really fast ? hah ha it used to drive my dad nuts

"whats that bloody noise?"
"im running dad i'm runnin"
"well run a bit bl***y quieter then will you "
ee those were the days

[mani]

*LOL* keetah i had one of them!!!

and u used to get cramp from doing it so fast

and u still wud lose

[emzy]

Oh yes, i remember them too. Having to wait for what seemed like an eternity for you games to load whilst watching a multicoloured screen and listening to strange noises lol

[flashy]

i thought it may have been this, because he mentioned a gun

[flashy]

but he said it took 6 huge batteries, so i dont think its that

[emzy]

No it sounds similar to the "pong" consoles that I was posting to, they all took batteries but I just couldnt find the right one

[flashy]

it has to be one of these....MICKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKK!!!!!!!!!!!
