I'll return periodically for fresh info!!

I thought you were bringing her up as an Accy fan! Summat's gone wrong!

14: Ray's at it again - intercepting outside the box and driving a left foot shot on goal - looked destined for the top corner, but forced a superb one handed save from Dean Brill

[Doug]

Nice start......On, Stanley On! - Don't balls it up.

[Dan]

Coley's first objective achieved - 15 minutes without conceding

[DaveinGermany]

Aye & it needs to stay that way

[Dan]

Quite quiet at the minute - and that's a GOOD thing

[ukcowboy]

What's the crowd size looking like Dan?

[Dan]

36: 2-0
Putterill breaks down the right, gets to the byline and cuts the ball back. Jimmy Ryan is waiting at the back post to drill it in - Brill gets a touch but it's a goal

[MikeA]

Jimmy Ryan scores at will!

[teach]

Unbelievable. Don't throw it away now.

Getting better & better !

Looking at the BBC fixtures list, this is one of the better games.

37: Tounkara hits the post for Oldham

[ukcowboy]

Well bang goes my prediction lol...........but do I care?

Well done jimmy.

[ukcowboy]

Oops double post, sorry.

[DaveinGermany]

Are the defence having a good game ? Or is it down to Oldham not attacking that the boys seem to be cruising this game ?

[Dan]

That's half time...

[teach]

Thanks for all the updates so far Dan. You're miles quicker than the BBC!

[DaveinGermany]

On reflection a damn site better than the last couple of weeks, second half they want to change to 1-7-2-1

[Dan]

Thanks Teach.
I've been quicker though...!

My half time verdict - a very solid 45 minutes, with Ray Putterill catching the eye in particular. Stanley have looked as threatening as ever going forward (the two goals are testament to that) but have also given little away defensively.

Long has looked strong and Hessey has made some crucial interceptions. In front of the defence, Procter and Joyce have looked very good, doing sterling work helping defence out and winning the ball back. All in all very promising.

But we remember Rotherham etc eh?
