I had a brilliant lie in this morning. I couldn't believe that the dog let me sleep until 9.20am. I haven't got out of bed that late in years and I feel all the better for it.
After going for our walk, I decided to go to Asda. I have managed to cobble together some stuff for my tea, but I had run out of milk, so off I went. I'm really glad I took the car because shopping for milk cost me just over forty quid!!!!! They had some wine on special offer, so I bought a box containing 6 bottles for just under a tenner.
I then went and bought a freeview box. I don't have Sky or cable and I'm always complaining that there's nothing on terrestrial TV, but I wanted E4 and the History channel, so for £29 I bought freeview. I have spent the last half an hour setting it up and it is all working now.
I now have about 50 channels including radio and I must admit that a lot of them will be cr@p. I'm not interested in the shopping channels or the sports, but I think I may also have some porn in there too.... Oooooer!!!! I came across a couple of channels in the menu 'Red Hot TV' or some such name. These channels only start at 11pm so I'm probably right in thinking that they're not dedicated to flower arranging..
It's a shame really, I'd check them out but I'm usually in bed by then.....
After buying bin liners and tin foil, I went home.... I did remember the milk though..
