It's looking a bit suspicious about these vox pop quotations we keep being told about isn't it?
Be fair Willow, Someone on the council will be getting brownie points PLUS a bonus in their salary for arranging this opinion poll (as long as the results favour them)

Well the odds have just improved in HBC's favour.
OK, What is the identity of the person HBC regularly asks for 'our' opinion? It would be interesting to hear how this information is gathered and from whom.
If whoever it is gets questioned on a regular basis I'd love to know the kind of things they've been asked.

My partner and myself were asked along to one of these. They wanted opinions on how easy/hard/darned impossible it is to get through to the people you want or need to speak to at HBC. It was only supposed to be an hour - it turned into two hours of ten people venting about what was wrong with HBC. 
Did they get the message?
