After an encouraging meeting with the neurologist, I'm now totally cheesed off with the new dose of tablets, and the new sleeping drug to boot.
I didn't get to sleep until 7am, and didn't wake until Mum called me at midday to see if I needed to go shopping. It took me ages to get out of bed, and I felt totally groggy and stiff. I did feel better after a shower, and we went to Accy for some lunch.
I started feeling more human until we were in Wilkinsons when I froze. I think it's called dykinsia, anyway its were you can't move your feet. I looked at them, knew there were people behind me waiting to get past, but nothing. I also felt drunk, unworldly, and like I was going to explode. After a few moments, but what felt like forever, I managed to start the momentum to walk, but was left shaking all down my right side.
One of our shortest shopping trips ever. I am feeling more human again now, but if these drugs don't settle down again I can see myself freashning the loo with them.
Off to Morecambe tonight all being well to watch Stanley. I hope there's no trouble, it being a derby match. Any aggro and I think I'd be arrested for taking my frustrations out on a poor Morecambe fan.
