I slept exactly the same last night as l did the night before, waking at just after eleven. Perhaps l've got it sussed, as l can get seven hours sleep but just later than everone else?
I feel good mentally. l do feel very stiff, the muscles in my neck, back are in spasm, perhaps a bath rather than a shower will be in order. l do feel a bit sick, as l've just had my first lot of drugs but this will pass. Feeling much happier than l did at the beginning of the week, which is a wonderful feeling though.
l'm being picked up to go to the theatre about 3.45 pm, so l'll have to get a move on as l've other stuff to do as well. Collect prescription, and take it to the Chemist [ they never have what l need, so have to add another day to the operation.] Pay some bills.
Better go and shake a tail feather.
