Ok I did it!!!! Went in and told MD how I really felt.... He listened, he commented and then he......................................apologised, whoopeeeeeeeee. RESULT.
Rather than boring you with the nitty gritty that probably won't make any sense I will just say that it looks like the problems I have encountered may just disappear. He also had words with others and that seems to have helped. Now its a case of wait and see if it was just a load of hot air.
Just to make you smile though...my parting comment was...
"If I have to come in to your office again you may find that I will probably only leave with P45 in hand!!!" Gulp... calm lesley calm
So feeling alot brighter and have also booked off and going out with a very good friend for the day on Friday. So here's to a long weekend
