What do you do with your pumpkin 'brains'?

Pumpkin pie. I love it and it's easy to make. This recipe is more or less the same as I use BBC - Food - Recipes - Pumpkin pie

I made pumpkin soup last year. I liked it but Nik and Laura didn't so I had rather a lot of it to eat.

Well, the length of time it took Ty to choose that Pumpkin, as I met you in Asda this afternoon, sincerely hope you make a good job of the cutting. Gave us a chance to have a good gossip about people on Accyweb though .. LOL

Sorry, can't help with recipes ..never really fancied it .. what does it taste like ?

Chuck them in the bin, vile stuff. Tried to make soup once but was totally disgusting, even tried to give the "brains" to the pet rabbits and they wouldn't entertain it !
