Been stuck on one of the RasWIK exercises being that the diagrams are wrong, I have reported it on the openmicros forum and I am awaiting reply...
So. I bought a Magazine/PI book "Tips, Tricks & Hacks" from WH Smith and there is what they call "mastering the PI in 7 days" a bit ambitious!! but I will follow their daily plan. Just awaiting parts that they recommend. One of which came today! Amazone Prime is a pretty good service though I am still evaluating whether its worth the seventysomething pound per year pricetag. If you use amazon a lot to buy stuff it really is good to be able to have one day delivery and have it for sunday...if you don't have the time, working and whatnot.

So in the meantime I have been playing around with the Diplay-O-Tron 3000 from pimoroni and editing a pre-made radio script that uses VLC to connect to streams- I have added BBC radio channels of which I demonstrate in the video here
