Woke up refreshed and decided it was too nice a day to spend on here all day. Packed some lunch and just drove. l ended up near Gisburn, and it was beautiful. lt's the furthest l've driven for ages, but l felt fine. The only incident was when l was stuck in traffic on the way back near the Sports Centre. My leg started to shake and beat out a tune that wasn't playing on the radio- but l coped, didn't fret and eventually we moved on.

Have decided to stay with the PDS for a bit. Selfish versus mean, this time mean won and l decided to give it a go. lf in future l feel l'm not getting anything out it, and being with people who mirror my future, l'll quit- l haven't signed my life away after all.

Like the weather l feel sunny today. :)

I think it's good you are giving it one more go at the PDS, but like others have said if it gets too much to handle then take a break from it.
At the end of the day if its only a social thing then you have plenty of people on here to be social with, plus we usually ply you with booze at the same time so we rock. And you know if you ever need to chat then I or others are always on hand.

Gary...glad to hear that you got out in the lovely fresh air and sunshine. That is a tonic in itself......but a good sleep will have been the key here, lets hope that all that fresh air will have a soporific effect tonight too.

good on ya for getting out, glad you made the effort , i finished up messing (weeding)in my garden most of the day but you weeded yours the other week so ive caught up with you he he he.
