My cousin has asked for family flowers only at the funeral. She asked me if I thought it was a nice idea to have any donations people might like to make, for the local Parkinson's Disease Society. It was a lovely idea, but l told her that for the short time that I was on the comittee, I knew they had more money than they knew what to spend it on. We've therefore decided that any donated money should go to research into Wilson's disease, and research into other liver diseases.
My cousin is having a white floral tribute from her, and two flowers from her children on the coffin. Mum is having a spray of red roses made from us.
