Afternoon all. Just to let you know, the Thistle contingent should hit Accrington at around 1 o'clock on Saturday.

We'll be heading to the Oaklea for a pre-match bevvy. Hope to see you in there. Please say hello. :D

so who will be in the crown? OSC surely to support the cause... is it oaklea for a quicky then crown? who else in crown pre match?

maybe Crown maybe not - I'm not gonna advise or cajole other people into drinking anywhere inparticular but - I have been informed that Mr Whalley will not allow us to sell in the Crown, therefore OSC will be selling memberships and whatever else from alternate venues.

I'm certainly not abandoning the Crown as I have still been drinking in there during the week but matchday before the game I will have to be somewhere else

I think Macca means he cannot sell memberships for OSC or any of the OSC merchandise, which is a pity really, because most of it does not clash with anything that the club sell from their shop(s). Otherwise, I can't wait now for Saturday, should be a good game with a decent crowd. Time to see who the stars are going to be next season and how the triallists are doing. You never know Kiwi, it maybe on Radio Lancs!

It was a little bit 'retorical' OUTBACK; it seems strange that Macca can't tout for membership there when its ultimately going back to the club anyway,,,:(

Just a quick reminded Rob.

You are still welcome to sell your OSC membership / merchandise from the Oaklea Tavern.

We are looking forward to meeting the guys traveling down from north of the border.

Just the one eh? We'll see

Dont understand some people who complain that the Crown opening to away fans and but the same people were saying what a good idea it is for Stanley to have the Crown but then they plan to go elsewhere on matchdays, bit hypocritical!

Anyway, For those of you at a loose end tonight, why not come into the Crown for a drink on the way to the Stanley Sports Bar to watch Victor Michaels, top night guaranteed! :)
