Had some the other day,from a supermarket.The egg inside was scrambled egg.Tasted ok though

Aren't they the smaller ones called "picnic eggs" ? Now how the heck do you mold sausage meat round scrambled egg?

Was it scrambled egg? I've had picnic eggs, made with chopped hard-boiled eggs, but scrambled sounds horrible.
