I bought a 5 leg swivel chair in Spain 6 months ago.

This afternoon one of the legs broke off when I sat down on it....I went flying...luckily apart from a small cut on my arm I'm ok.

Now comes the delimna.....When I complain to the company I bought it from and they ask me what happened......My Spanish is ok...but saying
"I fell arse over tit" I think I might struggle.
 
Could it be a problem of weight Royboy ? Don't know you so just asking like.

Tried to be helpful, and google those translation thingies ... all the sites seemed to explode and nothing available and foghorn icons, etc. ... LOL.

If Yolanda comes on, she may be able to help you.

try what most english tourists do

speak english realy slowly and loudly and if that dosnt work wreck the place

Well when u complain just say in a nice Way lol.

Me compre esta silla hace seis meses y cuando me fui a sentar una de las patas se rompio y me cai al suelo haciendome bastante dano en el trasero.Hope this helps;)

That reminds me of my spa holiday on the Isle of Ischia.
I wanted a neck and back massage but needed to tell the young woman that I had spine problems. It took me a while with a dictionary to get it right, so I wrote it down and presented her with it. Maybe you could do the same - will be easier than memorising it.

I put that in google and this is what came out

Out of interest what was your damage in the rear? Did the broken leg get stuck up your backside? :rolleyes::D

No just a bruise on the rump.....The leg is big and if that was to disappear up anyone's backside it would take a major operation to remove it :p:D
