Well over the last few weeks I've had some ups and downs really. About a fortnight ago I started a pulmonary rehabilitation course designed especially for people with advanced COPD, It helps you to keep those muscles which you don't use very much, working and also helps to strengthen chest and heart muscles too, just to give you a leg up really. Well its certainly had an effect, I've been doing these exercises every day for about 3 weeks and its certainly loosened up some very stiff muscles and made me very sore at first. You wouldn't think it possible to do so many exercises just sat in a chair, but you can and it does work.

On the down side I had to go to the Royal on Thursday for an assessment of my oxygen levels. around 4 months ago I had the hourly flow rate increased from 2 litres per minute to 4 because my oxygen levels were very poor, sadly on Thursday they had slipped back again, plus my carbon monoxide levels had increased slightly too, this is the first time I've had troubles in that department. The bottom line is that everything is being kept the same hoping it was just a blip, until I go back in 2 months, if they are still down the rate will have to increased to 6 litres per minute, or in other words it will be blowing my nose off.

But apart from that the worlds just like a box of chocolates, something different at every turn:D
