Good result today, well done the Lads!

It's great what you can do with a decent keeper and a forward. Lets keep it going now!!

Indeed! We now seem to have a 'Central Spine' which is essential to any team.
A very hard earned three points today!
I'll enjoy my wine and beer tonight!!

[yonmon]

Thank-you Reds !!.

[Revived Red]

Great win!

Amazing result, well done to the lads & the 32 who travelled - roll on next Friday

Thank-you Reds !!.

Wiped his smile off his face eh!!!!

Can't wait to hear Phil Brown's reaction - bet he keeps his players locked in the dressing room till Sunday!

[cashman]

To be honest couldn't care less what Browns reaction is WE WON.

We know connelly is a disaster at left back, aka Tranmere away.

Once Southend work him out it will be curtains.

What is Coleman playing at, the lad hasn't got a left foot.

Looks like they did not 'work him out'

[VALAIRIAN]

Cannot wait until Coley gets the team playing for him.....

[Phil Whalley]

Much more positive second half from the lads, we really stretched them on the break. Both Pierro and Josh were very prominent, a high work rate from them both, and Joycey battling for everything in the middle. Very good finish from Pierro, volleyed in from a move down our right, Gornell then ran on to a loose ball after their defenders had dithered and dinked it over the keeper. We then conceded right away but looked solid for the rest of the game. Vintage, defiant Stanley!

How many times have we heard this kind of thing from fans of so-called "big" clubs?

It just makes beating them a little bit sweeter

[Chimer]

That's a very nice "Welcome Home" - thanks you Reds!!

Prediction League update by Monday, with any luck ....

"come to try and do at Roots Hall"

And succeed it appears!

[smudgie]

What a fantastic result.

Well done the reds.

So what do these tinpot clubs have the effrontery to "try to do"? Would that be try to win by any chance? How patronising can they get?
