its amazing what people will ring the emergency services for

If it wasn't so pathetic it would be very funny, but these are supposedly intelligent people, but not as you'd notice

Most of them sounded drunk to me, they should send a unit round and lock them up, then fine them for wasting police time, then make them pay the costs of the police action, that would soon stop them!
