oh yeah, i didnt realise till my dad told me he had to go for a check up at the hospital today :D
 
:banjump: The Friday the 13th is just another day like the rest of the week why do we all worry i think its the best time to put the lotto on or something like that so dont worry be happy and have a good day:banjump:
 
Well I was determined not to go out today and therefore, hopefully, avoid anything bad happening but, I might have known it would find me anyway - half of the glass in me back door shattered this morning - don't tell me Friday 13th is no different to any other day :)
 
Things no probs - a lovely day:D but my daughter got jinxed by the fri the 13th bug & lost a pound in town today:rolleyes: - tho good fortune came quick enough & her bro came to the rescue awwww:D
 
im not superstitious, ill walk under ladders, not bother about breaking mirrors, cant think of any others my minds gone blank:rolleyes: :o
 
Me either Panther i get bad luck all the rest of the year round - superstitious bad luck has a bit of the reverse fortune:D Just breaking all me mirrors would spoil my fun:p:D
 
Apparently it's cheaper to get married on Friday 13th as this is a date that very few people want for their wedding day due to superstition.This also applies to 1st of April.It seems that people don't want to get married on April Fools day either so if you're not superstitious and choose one of these two dates for your wedding you could save a substantial amount of money at the venue.
 
Piece on the radio earlier that Insurance companies have produced research indicating that there are higher instances of road accidents on Friday the 13th than on nay other date. Driving round South Yorkshire today would seem to be borne out.
 
Seems you reap what you sow on Friday the Thirteenth, that may be the answer to both threads. Just for the record this member won £20.00 on the club raffle today, chin chin.
 
Ummmm... could be something in this Friday 13th stuff afterall.. I just lost £150,000 on PartyPoker! :(
